Airless bottles are commonly considered for serums, lotions, emulsions, creams, foundations and treatment products. Final suitability depends on formula viscosity, ingredient profile, filling process and the selected dispensing system.
Which capacities are currently available?
The current website-listed airless models cover 30ml to 150ml depending on the model. B-054 and B-055 are listed in 35ml, 50ml, 75ml, 100ml and 150ml; PP-32 is listed in 30ml, 50ml and 100ml.
Do you offer custom colors and decoration?
Yes. Depending on the product and design, project options can include color matching, silk screen, hot stamping, spray coating, soft-touch finishes, metallization, gradient and frosted effects.
Can you develop a private mold or refillable airless structure?
Private mold development is available for projects requiring a differentiated bottle profile, actuator or component system. Refillable concepts can also be evaluated according to the required structure and project feasibility.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ depends on the selected model, material, decoration and whether the project uses an existing mold or private tooling. Share your target quantity and we will confirm the applicable MOQ with the quotation.
Can I test samples with my formula before mass production?
Yes. We recommend evaluating packaging samples with the actual formula and filling conditions before final mass-production approval, especially for formula-sensitive or high-viscosity projects.
